The other ingredients can be found in the grocery store.

(3) Spoon into a clean wide mouthed jar. Keep tightly covered & store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Allow to come to room temperature before use. The oil will settle on the top, just stir together before using.
(4) To use, wet area to be scrubbed. Using 1-2 Tablespoons at a time, gently scrub the area in a circular motion. Rinse well and move to next area. Bath gloves or a thick washcloth work best for good exfoliation.
(5) When finished, pat skin dry with a towel. No moisturizer needed!
* Any essential oils of choice or preference may be substituted.
* If you are sensitive or allergic to citrus or citrus oil, you can substitute brewed green tea, chamomile tea or apple cider vinegar.
* Do not use before sun exposure. Exfoliation can cause skin sensitivity. Wait 24-48 hours before tanning.
* Not recommended for faces
* The oils will make the tub or shower very slippery. Please be careful when using!

Top 10 Tips to Stay Energized All Day
Getting through the day can feel like a marathon. Mile 1: Roll out of bed. Mile 2: Feed yourself and everyone else in your house. Mile 3: Get to work on time. It's like you've run 5K, and it's not even lunch yet! Nutritionist Monique Ryan, MS, RD, the author of Sports Nutrition for Endurance Athletes, knows the secrets to get through real marathons. I asked her to pass some advice down to us mortals who simply want to stay alert until sundown.
1. Start the day right. Yes, that means breakfast. Combine a whole grain with fruit, skim dairy, or soy milk, and even add some lean protein to the mix to sustain energy levels throughout the morning. Cooked oatmeal with yogurt and a banana or Lite Mueslix with soy milk and blueberries are good choices.
2. Have a mid-morning snack. Combine a protein and a carbohydrate. It is fine to be hungry mid-morning, so honor your hunger and give your body fuel when it is asking for it. Try yogurt with a peach, low fat string cheese with an apple, or cottage cheese and grapes.
3. Eat lunch on time. Don't push back lunch until you are ravenous. Instead, eat your mid-day fuel right on time to keep your blood glucose levels nice and steady.
4. Boost your mental energy. Nature's nutrition for the brain are omega-3 fatty acids. Add light tuna or salmon to your lunchtime food choices, in addition to walnuts, tofu, and canola oil. Healthy fat keep you feeling full for a longer period of time, so add small amounts to meals and snacks. Some good choices include avocado and almonds.
5. Start the day with moderate caffeine levels and keep caffeine intake modest. While it does increase mental energy, too much caffeine may lead to energy highs and then lows, and it can interferes with quality sleep.
6. Limit processed foods high in sugar. Avoid the office candy jar, treats, and vending machine whenever possible. Processed foods do not provide sustained energy and can result in low-energy moments during the day.
7. Consume foods high in folate. Higher levels of blood folate have been associated with faster and better thought processing. Good sources include lentils, chickpeas, black beans, asparagus, broccoli, avocado, and orange juice. Also important are vitamins B6, found in bananas and spinach, and B12, found in lean proteins and skim dairy products.
8. Have an afternoon snack. If dinner is late or if you have an evening workout scheduled, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat yogurt provide energizing carbohydrate.
9. Consume complex carbohydrates that contain fiber. The fiber allows the carbohydrates to be released more slowly, providing sustained energy. Opt for whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and whole grain cereals.
10. Stay hydrated. About two-thirds of our body is water, and dehydration can contribute to reduced energy levels. About 80% of the fluid we consume comes from the fluids we drink, and the other 20% comes from foods. Always drink when you are thirsty, and have water available during the day to hydrate regularly.

Women in leather pants ooze sensuality |
Women, it seems will be making leather strides, giving them that rock, grunge edge. Says designer Neeta Lulla, “Women in black leather pants are the ultimate sex symbols. They’re alluring, magical and look like sex-goddesses. That’s why leather pants are making a comeback this fall.”
We’ll be seeing a lot of goth and grunge this winter, so leather pants make a definite style statement. You could try a luxe look, ultra-skinny pants with high heels and heavy metal accessories. Says designer Abhishek Dutta, “Drainpipes in thin suede leather or embossed leather are going to be very in. Wear it with a grunge looking t-shirt during the day. Or just wear it with a bandhgala or open jacket for the evening to look sexy and mean. This look works even more with ankle length boots.” For a more contemporary, yet feminine look, wear a floaty dress over your leather trousers.
We’ve seen Kate Moss looking superhot in tight leather pants. Who wears flared leather pants? Designer Neeta Lulla adds, “Be casual yet trendy. It’s the laidback grunge and rebellious look. Leather pants worn with a simple t-shirt and boots would give a relaxed and unfussy appearance.” With the right attitude, anyone can carry off leather pants with élan. “They look really cool! If one has a good body, they can work it to their advantage in leather pants,” says VJ Pia Trivedi.
Remember to strike a balance between hard and soft. Says model Preeti Desai, “Leather pants look really nice on people with amazing legs. I think skinny leather pants are great to show off long, well-toned legs. I wear mine with a simple vest for an eye catching look. It looks fantastically edgy.”
Skinny leather pants give a rock-chic edge to your look. Says designer Charu Parashar, “Skinny leather pants are going to be big this winter. Churidaar gathers in the lower portion of the trousers look really hot.” To add oomph to an otherwise simple ense-mble, throw on a bright printed tee nonchalantly over your leather trousers. Adds Parashar, “To look out of the box, wear leather pants with a printed t-shirt. Do not forget to wear pumps and some cool accessories, they are a must.” So girls, get a leg up and grab yourself a pair before they go flying off the shelf

Beauty Tips To Help You Get Rid Of Acn |
How do you deal with acne? How can you keep the pimples at bay? How do you stop new pimples from appearing?
It all starts with a clogged pore. When a pore in your skin gets clogged up with oil, dirt and skin debris. Bacteria happily breeds in that concoction, infecting that pore, leading to acne.
To treat acne, attack the root of problem. The bacteria and the clogged pores.
That brings us to these tips.
* Do NOT touch your face with your hands.
* Keep your hair off your face.
* Wash your face 3 times everyday with a cleanser that is meant for skin with acne.
* Stick to skin care that works for your skin.
* Take a break.
* Get a good night's sleep every night.
* Avoid using pressed powder to cut down the sheen.
* Do not let bacteria breed happily in your make up tools. Wash all your make up brushes regularly, with soap and water. Then dry them completely before you keep them.

How to Look Lovely |
Steps
1. Experiment with different hairstyles and clothing styles. How else will you find out what looks good on you? Don't worry about having a few fashion disasters, because what you will be left with a style that suits you, and also your personality.
2. Exercise every day to make sure your body is in tip-top shape. It doesn't matter if you have a flat chest, or short legs. As long as you keep your body fit and at a healthy weight, you'll look great.
3. Moisturizing isn't just important for your face. Put lotion all over your body to keep it silky smooth. You may also want to try exfoliating, too, otherwise you will just be moisturizing dead skin. Your hands, elbows and knees are especially important to moisturize, as they are prone to dryness.
4. Wash your face every day, preferably twice. Always use cleanser and moisturizer, and perhaps toner. Ask your dermatologist what will be best for your skin. For instance, if you are prone to spots, you may want to try using clearasil. It is also a good idea to exfoliate your face, and use face-masks, but not too much, as this will strip your face of essential oils.
5. Keep your eyebrows trim by plucking them often. If you do so every day, you will only have a few hairs to pluck each time, meaning you won't have to go through much pain. If you aren't sure what shape you should be plucking them into, go to a salon and get a professional wax. After this, it will be easier to keep them neat and tidy. Use some vaseline to slick them down, and if need be, use some eyebrow pencil to darken them.
6. When applying your makeup it is always very important to have good lighting. You may look nice in a dimly lit room, but when you go out in the sun light discover you have made many errors in your makeup application. If you can, buy a lighted makeup mirror and use this. Now for the application of the makeup...
* Apply a foundatation, preferably liquid and matching your skin tone. Then, for the perfect skin, apply a dusting of powder. This will also seal the foundation in place. Finally, top it off with a bit of rouge to define your cheekbones.
* When it comes to eyeshadow, where which ever colour you have discovered suits you (see step 1.) You will also know how you like to wear your eyeliner, if any. However, I do recommend you always wear mascarra, even if it simply clear. Beforehand, use eyelash curlers.
* Using lipliner gives your lips a much more polished look. NEVER wear lipliner a darker or lighter shade than your lipstick. Apply the liner to all of your lips, not just the outside, and then apply the lipstick over.
7. Always wear the same perfume, as this way people will recognize it as your scent. Apply to your wrists, neck, hands, forearms, temples, and the backs of your knees. Do not wear too much, though, as this will overpower people.
8. To keep your nails nice and strong, cut and file them often. Match your nail varnish with your clothing, and stay away from the black polish. If you want a dark colour, go for a deep purple, or crimson.
Tips
* If you apply foundation to your eyelids and lips, your eye makeup and lipstick will last for longer.
* Buy an eyelash comb, so you can brush through your lashes and get rid of any clumps.
Warnings
* Using the wrong kind of foundation could permenantly damage your skin and clog up your pores, causing spots.
* If you apply perfume to your clothes, not only will it not last very long, but it will damage the clothing, too.

What Is Dandruff? |
Dandruff may occur in any age group and at any time. In cases of chronic dandruff, the condition may affect the skin around the nose, eyes, ears and chest area.
What are the causes?
Dandruff is a minor problem but it can be very embarrassing. Dandruff is seasonal. It is more severe during the winter and mildest during summer. The causes of dandruff include:
* Oily scalp
* Infection caused by an organism Pityrosporum ovale.
* Excessive use of shampoos, hairsprays, hair curlers and gels.
* Improper use of hair colouring products.
* Infrequent shampooing or cleaning of the hair.
* Stress, anxiety and tension.
What is the treatment?
Since dandruff is a natural process it cannot be eliminated, it can only be controlled. The simplest treatment is frequent and effective shampooing of the hair and the scalp. Mild dandruff can be treated by regularly shampooing the scalp with a mild, non-medicated shampoo. If this does not help, a medicated dandruff shampoo can be used. Shampoos containing cytostatic agent, such as selenium sulphide or zinc pyrithione can be used. These agents reduce the growth and multiplication of horny cells (top layer of skin on the scalp). Shampoos containing selenium sulphide should not be used if there is a cut or abrasion on the scalp. Other ingredients in the shampoos that treat dandruff are coal tar preparations, salicylic acid, sulfur and a combination of salicylic acid and sulphur. Nizoral AD, is a shampoo that specifically targets P.ovale and treats flaking and itching.

Latest Fashion Trends In Hair Colours |
The one thing that is absolutely certain this year is that hair colour should definitely not be boring. So, out with the staid browns or the unimaginative shades of black. Colours that are extremely hot this season are sexy reds, burgundy, and strawberry blonde. If these colours are not your style, go with copper brown which is also a favourite this season
There is no doubt that a great hair colour can enhance your looks and make you look hot. However, if your hair style is uninteresting and boring, then even a great colouring job will look flat and dreary. So, here's a look at some sexy hairstyles that are 'in' this season.
1. The Classic Bob:
An all time favourite, the classic bob is back this year with a bang. Take a cue from Katie Holmes or Bipasha Basu and break away from the long hair mould. Add lots of blonde or red highlights to your bob and you'll be amazed at the transformation. Be prepared to receive a horde of compliments!
2. Soft, Wavy Layers: Long wavy hairstyles also continue to dazzle. If you have long hair, you should try getting it styled in layers. Shorter layers in the front to frame your face and longer ones at the back to fall beautifully over your shoulders. This hair style made Deepika Padukone look eye-catchingly beautiful in her latest flick and will do the same for you too!
Women who have thin hair should not go in for the layered style. The layers will not look as effective due to the thin volume of your hair. A shorter bob will look a lot better and make your hair look more voluminous too.
Once you have your ideal hair style, don't forget the other must-have trend for fashionable hair, which is colour, colour, and more colour!
Latest Bridal Hairstyles
Want to look ravishing and drop-dead-sexy on your wedding day? Check out the latest in wedding hairstyles.
1. The traditional Updo: Indian brides generally opt for an 'updo' hairstyle as it compliments traditional Indian attire perfectly. This season too, updos are very fashionable. Choose the polished updo where your hair is swept up in a low bun with bangs pinned to the side of your head. Or, go in for a messy updo where your hair is pinned up in a loose knot, with soft ringlets framing your face.
2. Loose wavy locks: For bridal parties and other wedding functions, the loose wavy hairstyle is very in. Use a curling iron on your hair and then part it in the middle with wavy locks on either side. You can also accessorize this hair style with a floral or jewelled tiara. A very gorgeous look indeed.
